Operator Installation (PULL Arm System)
Installation procedures for both DIN Left and DIN Right door configurations.
Determine the DIN direction of the door (Left or Right) to position the operator correctly.
(Contains Dimensions: 652mm, 74mm, 110mm, 150mm, 180mm)
Mounting Hardware: 4x Screws
- DIN Left: Refer to left-hand mounting template.
- DIN Right: Refer to right-hand mounting template.
Assembly of the stop arm locator and main arm connections.
Important: Let the stop arm locator and the stop arm be loose. Do not tighten yet.
Note: Only applies to Besam SW300 (Not valid for Besam SW150).
Set the arm angle to approximately 20° during initial positioning.
Slim Slide Track Installation
Attach the slide track (1) to the door with the guide shoe (2) fitted into the track. Use appropriate screws for the door material.

Final Adjustments (Step VI - VIII)
Perform the final alignment and tightening of the system.
- Hold the door fully open (or partly open as required) to relieve tension.
- Remove the start position pin.
- Align the marks: It is critical to align the marks correctly. If necessary, move one mark at a time. This corresponds to approx. 3° and will give a precision of ±1.5°.
- Tighten the main arm bolts to the specified torque.
Torque Specification: 50 Nm
