11.1 Surface Mounted Installation
The operator is mounted on either side of the door header with two available spindle locations, depending on the type of doors:
- LE Performance: 95 mm between hinges and outgoing shaft.
- High Performance: 210 mm between hinges and outgoing shaft.
The door is controlled with a push or pull arm system. The illustrations in the manual guide cable routing. If sharp edges remain after drilling cable outlets, chamfer them to prevent cable damage.
Note! Consider all power wire entry locations and signaling wires before preparing the back plate.

11.1.1 PUSH Arm System
Installation details for the PUSH arm system configuration.
Reveal and Arm Extensions
Select the correct arm extension based on the Reveal depth (Y).

Installation Procedures
- 95 mm Installation: Align operator relative to Center Line (CL) 1 and 2. Secure with 4x screws. Max torque 8 Nm.
- 210 mm Installation: Align operator relative to Center Line (CL) 1 and 2 with the larger offset. Secure with 4x screws. Max torque 8 Nm.
Arm Adjustment
Important: Do not tighten all four screws initially. Loosen them to align markings on the drive arm and telescopic arm to achieve the correct position.
- Hold the door partially open when tightening the screw.
- Torque specifications: 14 Nm for arm joint, 50 Nm for spindle connection.
11.1.2 PULL/PAS Arm System
Installation details for PULL and PAS (Push And Slide) configurations.
Mounting Measurements
Measurement Z or W must be determined based on the system type:
PULL System (Measurement Z)
- Range A: -20 to 130 mm
- Extensions: 10, 36, 46, 66, 96, 116 mm
PAS System (Measurement W)
- Range A: 0 to 130 mm
- Extensions: 20, 36, 46, 50, 66, 70, 96, 119 mm
Note! Measurement Z or W must be reduced by 20 mm if the lower adapter from kit 1010296BK/SI is used.
Installation Steps

Mounting Operator:
- Use template to mark 4x screw locations relative to CL 1 and CL 2.
- Distance X represents the center of the guide shoe movement.

Arm Attachment:
- Click the arm components into place.
- Do not tighten immediately. Hold the door a bit open when tightening the screw.
- For PAS system: Loosen the door stop and let the door close fully before final tightening.
Guide Shoe Installation
- Locate the door in the closed position.
- Fix the main arm with guide shoe loose onto the operator shaft so that the guide shoe is just in contact with the door.
- During the opening and closing movement, mark the end positions of the guide shoe distance on the door.
- Position the slide track symmetrically over the marks. Center of fixing holes should be W + 54 mm from the lower edge of the operator (refer to dimensions table).
- Attach the slide track to the door with the guide shoe fitted into the track.
11.1.3 Operator with Sliding PUSH Arm System
For sliding PUSH configurations, refer to the PULL arm system installation instructions (Section 11.1.2) for base mounting principles.
