Note! Consider all power wire entry locations and signaling wires before preparing back plate.

9.1 Operator with PUSH arm system

Installation Diagram & Dimensions

When installing the Assa Abloy SW100, the following dimension markers reference the installation template:

  • Range: 0-100 (305)
  • Critical dimensions: 34, 48, 68, 50, 20, 98, 70, 118
  • Coordinates: XY, 36, 16, 75

DIN Right Configuration

Mounting Specifications:

  • Offset X: +16
  • Offset Y: +16
  • Reference: 200, 75, 16, 652
  • Fasteners: 8x, 4x
  • Drill Size: Ø 16

Cable Inlet: Ensure proper routing for cable inlet.

Attachment Process:

The SW100 operator should be attached using the top/centered bolt first, then follow the numbered pattern (1, 2, 3, 4, 5).

Refer to diagram labeled "DIN Right"

DIN Left Configuration

Mounting Specifications:

  • Offset X: +16
  • Offset Y: +16
  • Reference: 200, 75, 16, 652
  • Fasteners: 8x, 4x

Attachment Process:

Operator should be attached using the top/centered bolt first, then follow pattern.

Refer to diagram labeled "DIN Left"

Final Assembly & Torque

Ensure the following settings are applied:

  • Torque: 25 Nm
  • Alignment: 90°

Check points 7, 8 and ensure secure fastening of PUSH arm components.
