Installation Diagram & Dimensions
When installing the Assa Abloy SW100, the following dimension markers reference the installation template:
- Range: 0-100 (305)
- Critical dimensions: 34, 48, 68, 50, 20, 98, 70, 118
- Coordinates: XY, 36, 16, 75
DIN Right Configuration
Mounting Specifications:
- Offset X: +16
- Offset Y: +16
- Reference: 200, 75, 16, 652
- Fasteners: 8x, 4x
- Drill Size: Ø 16
Cable Inlet: Ensure proper routing for cable inlet.
Attachment Process:
The SW100 operator should be attached using the top/centered bolt first, then follow the numbered pattern (1, 2, 3, 4, 5).
DIN Left Configuration
Mounting Specifications:
- Offset X: +16
- Offset Y: +16
- Reference: 200, 75, 16, 652
- Fasteners: 8x, 4x
Attachment Process:
Operator should be attached using the top/centered bolt first, then follow pattern.
Final Assembly & Torque
Ensure the following settings are applied:
- Torque: 25 Nm
- Alignment: 90°
Check points 7, 8 and ensure secure fastening of PUSH arm components.
