ASSA ABLOY SW100 Models Configuration | Technical Manual

Three main models of the ASSA ABLOY SW100 swing door operator are available to suit various installation requirements. These operators are non-handed and independent of hinge type, suitable for both pushing and pulling arm systems.

  • ASSA ABLOY SW100: Standard cover.
  • ASSA ABLOY SW100-SPEC: Cover with optional length.
  • ASSA ABLOY SW100-2: Double door operators.

6.1 ASSA ABLOY SW100, Standard Cover (Wall Mounted)

The ASSA ABLOY SW100 is the standard operator configuration.

Technical Note: For the pushing arm system, the measurement from the hinge centerline to the outgoing shaft is always 210 mm, regardless of whether butt or pivot hinged systems are used.

6.2 ASSA ABLOY SW100-SPEC, Cover with Optional Length (Wall Mounted)

The ASSA ABLOY SW100-SPEC features a cover with an optional length, for example, to match the full width of the door frame.

Ordering Requirement: The cover length (L) and the measurement (R) must be specified in the order.

6.3 ASSA ABLOY SW100-2, Double Door Operators (Wall Mounted)

The ASSA ABLOY SW100-2 consists of two operators mounted under a single continuous cover to operate two doors independently.

Ordering Requirement: The cover length (L) and the measurements (R) and (S) must be specified in the order.

This configuration supports both pushing and pulling arm systems. It is also possible to use two pushing or two pulling arm systems combined.
