Installation and Debugging Instructions
Motor Box Dimensions

Motor Box Installation

- First, check the level and verticality of the load-bearing steel beam with an error of 1/1000.
- Install the motor box starting from both sides, with an even distance of 400mm or less.
- Clean the motor box.
Installation Position of Engine Mounting Components

- First, determine the door opening width.
- The motor position is 100mm to the right of the motor box center.
- The follower wheel position is 100mm to the left of the motor box center.
Hanger Installation
- Ensure the wheels are horizontally and vertically aligned, with no tilt.
- The gap between the top wheel (anti-falling wheel) should be 0.5–1mm.
Basic Requirements
- The drive device must be fully installed.
- Connect the protective grounding.
- Connect the electric eyes (or short-circuit the electric eye signal if no electric eyes are used).
- Install and connect the program control switch, pulse generator, electric lock, and other components.
- Adjust the Limit Blocks
- When the sliding door opens fully, it should contact the limit block installed on the left or right of the track.
- When closing, the central block should be adjusted so the door leaf contacts the sealing strip. For frameless glass doors, the central gap should be around 5–8mm.
- Ensure the door leaf moves smoothly. Check if the connecting bolts of the drive belt are too long and hitting the pulley; replace them if necessary.
Wiring Diagram

First Startup
- Move the door leaf to the half-open position.
- Set the program switch to “Off.”
- Turn on the power; the door must close slowly.
- After the door closes, perform self-learning.
-
To perform self-learning, press the SERVICE button ("the protruding red button"), and the door will slowly open. Once the door is open, release the SERVICE button. The door will then perform self-learning. During this process, the seven-segment display on the control module will flash. The door will slowly move to the open position, and when the seven-segment display flashes twice, the system parameters will be saved. Self-learning is complete.
